What should I do if I forget my password?

  1. Click here to go to the password recovery page. Enter the email address you used to create your account, and then click "recover".
  2. In a few minutes, you’ll receive an email with a link to reset your password. Click on the link in the email. If the link doesn’t work, copy the URL provided in the email, and then paste it into your browser’s address bar.
  3. You will be brought to a page where you can enter a new password. Enter your new password, and then re-enter it on the line below with exactly the same spelling to confirm.
  4. Return to the login screen and enter your email address and new password to login.

I can’t find the login screen.

If you’re using a computer or laptop, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the home page (www.usnhsa.com)
  2. In the top right corner of the screen, look for a blue button that says “Log In”
  3. If that button is not there, but there’s a blue button that says “My Courses” instead, then you are already logged in. You can click that button to access your courses.

If you are using a mobile device, such as a phone or tablet, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the home page (www.usnhsa.com) in your device's browser.
  2. Tap on the menu icon in the top left corner of the screen, it will look like three small horizontal lines.
  3. Scroll down and tap on the blue button that says “Log In”
  4. If that button is not there, but there’s a blue button that says “My Courses” instead, then you are already logged in. You can tap that button to access your courses.

When I enter my email and password, the screen just refreshes.

  1. Clear your browser’s cookies and cache. Feel free to contact us if you need assistance with this.
  2. Close all of your browser’s tabs, reopen your browser and try logging in again.
  3. If you are using a Chromebook, completely power down your Chromebook, and then turn it back on again.
